When you just gotta have red, and dont feel like coughing up the 5,000 for the real thing, these lab created rubies are just the thing. Intense, bright red -- heck, I cant get the camera to catch the color -- they glow under the camera flash. But I can tell you this, they are red, red, red -- and well cut, throwing gobs of red fire.
The nicest thing about this particular mounting is its low domed effect. Its a ring you can wear all the time -- stick your hands in your jeans pockets and not get hungup, etc. Just plain comfortable.
