The Peace Silver Dollar was the last United States silver dollar struck for circulation. The head profile of the goddess of liberty is featured on the obverse while a perched bald eagle is on the reverse. The silver dollar coin was minted from 1921 to 1928 and again in 1934 and 1935. It was designed by Anthony de Francisci who based the design of Liberty on the features of his wife, Terese.
