Brand Protection Program

MoreCommerce aims to ensure a high quality market experience and work with only reputable merchants. In furtherance of this effort, we have developed a number of systems to deter and respond to intellectual property infringement complaints across our brands, which include but are not limited to 11 Main, Dot & Bo, Gemafina, MoreCommerce, OpenSky and PickPerfect ("MoreCommerce", "we", "us" or "our") (together with the Site, the "Services"), such as this Brand Protection Program.

If you own and/or represent a brand and would like to limit merchants selling your products through the MoreCommerce platform, we recommend enrolling in this program. Upon successful enrollment, you will be provided with an expedited method of reporting infringing products.

A. Eligibility Requirements:

Brands must have a registered and active text or image trademark.

To be eligible for the MoreCommerce Brand Protection Program, your brand must have an active registered trademark. The trademark for your brand must be in the form of a text-based mark (word mark) or an image-based mark with words, letters, or numbers (design mark). Depending on the country or organization of origin, eligible trademarks can have different classifications based on their issuing trademark office.

The trademark text must match the brand name on the application. If your trademark is an image-based mark with words, letters, or numbers, you will need to provide a copy of the image exactly as it appears on your trademark record. Please ensure that this information matches before submitting your enrollment application.

This trademark must also appear on your products or packaging.

B. How to Enroll:
