Using Steps:
1. Slide the Battery Cover off and install CR2032 Button Battery correctly(Included).
2. Attach the controller onto the Hips Pad.
3. Remove the storage sheet. Position the Hips Pad onto your hips.
4. Press the ON/INC button to turn on.
5. Press the program to choose your mode.
6. Press the ON/INC button to increase intensity or OFF/DEC button to decrease the intensity.
