This is a beautifully detailed Rinconada Silver Family Collection Baby Samburu Elephant, with the trunk up. Item F374. This elephant is in a perfect pose, very striking! The gold and platinum accents are perfect. This is part of the DeRosa Family Collection. This piece (as are all of the Artesania Rinconada collections) was hand carved and painted in Uruguay, then fired in a kiln-twice.

Because they are all hand painted and carved, no two are exactly alike. That is one of the beautiful and unique things about Rinconada. The Elephant is and will come in the original packaging and box. The animal has never been displayed.
